- Design, organize, manage, and support IT solutions including servers, workstations, networks, and related software services.
- Design, install, and administer LAN-WAN networks and Internet access.
- Supervise and organize support services (help-desk) for the Italian HQ and Boutique Network.
- Oversee Cyber-Security within the Maison's scope.
- Manage LAN-WAN, interconnections, and Internet access.
- Ensure technical efficiency and interoperability of IT systems.
- Administer data networks and monitor performance.
- Maintain data integrity, network security, and server availability.
- Ensure network connectivity between sites and to the Internet.
- Manage IP addressing and routing between sites.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, telephones, PDAs, smartphones, software distribution, security updates, and patches.
- Organize and manage continuous upgrades of software and hardware solutions, including license and maintenance contracts.
- Support and coordinate technical activities of Emilio Pucci branches, ensuring correct data integration.
- Administer fixed and mobile telephony contracts, managing all utilities and associated services.
- Supervise and ensure infrastructure security from external and internal intrusion attempts.
- Ensure data security by managing antivirus systems and user access rights.
- Apply IT security rules defined by the group cybersecurity central team.
- Manage, maintain, and supervise backup systems and business continuity services.
- Analyze technical problems, isolate them, and pursue suitable solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of professional service delivery methods and procedures.
- Organize and supervise user support services (help-desk), ensuring appropriate support at all company locations.
- Strong professional with over 8 years of experience in a similar role within structured organizations.
