- Oversee employee exits and salary processing with external providers.
- Manage HRIS tools for tracking employee performance and potential.
- Support line managers in the performance review process and monitor annual compensation reviews.
- Build and review the HR budget, adapting it to the company's specific context.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Problem-solving attitude and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR issues and processes.
- Proficiency in numbers, reporting, and HR cost controlling.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in HR management, demonstrating a generalist approach to HR functions.
