1. Formulate recruitment strategies in collaboration with the HR Director and line managers, defining required skills and competencies.
2. Oversee the recruitment process for all roles, from internships to managerial positions, including candidate proposals.
3. Maintain and establish relationships with external partners such as head-hunters and suppliers.
4. Optimize the use of job posting tools and search websites.
5. Participate in corporate initiatives to promote the Pucci brand.
6. Organize induction training for new hires and define training needs with managers.
7. Collaborate with external consultants to design and organize tailored training programs.
8. Monitor and leverage group initiatives for training action plans and financing solutions.
9. Partner with HRD for the annual Talent Review and organize career meetings with key performers.
10. Participate in collective agreement negotiations and manage conflict resolution.
11. Oversee employee exits and salary processing with external providers.
12. Manage HRIS tools for tracking employee performance and potential.
13. Support line managers in the performance review process and monitor annual compensation reviews.
14. Build and review the HR budget, adapting it to the company's specific context.

1. At least 5 years of experience in HR management.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR issues and processes.
4. Proficiency in numbers, reporting, and HR cost controlling.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in HR management, demonstrating a generalist approach to HR functions.
