- Assist in the recruitment and staffing of Sales Associates and Stock personnel in collaboration with the Human Resources Department.
- Supervise store personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills in interactions with staff, peers, supervisors, and corporate offices in New York and Milan.
- Develop and continuously motivate the sales team.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to sales associates, delivering clear, constructive feedback based on observations.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service, leading by example on the sales floor.
- Support store associates with client consignments and CRM initiatives.
- Assist with customer service issues, including repairs, returns, discount requests, and dissatisfied customers.
- Share responsibility for the store's P&L.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain shrink rates within company standards.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports as requested.
- Maintain merchandising standards as set by the corporate visual department.
- Provide feedback to assist in developing the store's merchandise mix according to brand objectives.
- Support the preparation for in-store events.
- Communicate during weekly store conference calls as needed.
- Support corporate training initiatives within the store.
- Assist with weekly and monthly team meetings.
- Communicate daily store goals and business updates to all associates.
- Contribute to daily and weekly store meetings.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management.
- Ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing store operations and inventory.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
