1. Coordinate production through external laboratories within the Operations department.
2. Process data for progress, opening and closing orders, and manage order forecasts.
3. Ensure dispatch of orders to suppliers and manage sending of customized materials.
4. Oversee pricing, contract reminders, and supplier documentation compliance.
5. Manage goods and preferential origins for accurate customer documentation.
6. Handle garments for production, events, capsules, and uniforms.
7. Act as the after-sales reference for the accessories category.
8. Schedule and monitor quality controls in collaboration with inspectors.
9. Participate in product fine-tuning during defect resolution.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion/luxury accessories sector.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Excellent organizational and data analysis skills.
2. Proficiency in Office365 (Excel and Word) and PLM systems (Kubix Lectra) + Stealth 3000.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Effective communication and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion/luxury accessories sector is required.
