Emilio Pucci Accessories Production Coordinator

Emilio Pucci is a renowned fashion house known for its luxury accessories and innovative designs. The company operates within the fashion and luxury sector, focusing on high-quality production and craftsmanship.

1. Coordinate the production of accessories through external laboratories within the Operations department.
2. Process data for progress, opening and closing orders, and order forecasts.
3. Manage the dispatch of orders to suppliers.
4. Handle the sending of customized materials in line with the production plan.
5. Manage pricing, contract reminders, and documentation compliance for suppliers.
6. Oversee goods and preferential origins for correct documentation for customers.
7. Handle garments for production, events, capsules, and uniforms.
8. Act as an after-sales reference for the category.
9. Schedule and monitor quality controls in collaboration with the dedicated inspector.
10. Involve in product fine-tuning during defect resolution.

1. Previous experience in a similar role for at least 3 years in the fashion/luxury accessories sector.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion/luxury accessories sector.

This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.
