2. Ensure the quality and production of new pieces as a technical reference point.

5. Train and develop the skills of setters and support new candidates through their integration process.

1. Technical training in setting or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A minimum of five years in a similar technical supervisory role within the horological or microtechnology sectors.

Technical training in setting or a related field.

Compensation is aligned with the Swiss watchmaking and microtechnology industry standards and certified as Equal-Pay by Richemont.
