1. Lead and unify the production team through talent management, salary reviews, evaluations, development plans, and conflict resolution.
2. Plan and organize work by balancing positions and coordinating teams effectively.
3. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and disciplinary guidelines.
4. Oversee production cadence, flow, and order delivery in coordination with scheduling and supply (monitoring work orders).
5. Manage and regularly track performance indicators such as load-capacity alignment, overall equipment effectiveness, yield, efficiency, and absenteeism.
6. Collaborate closely with the quality service to manage quality and meet predefined objectives for scrap rates, rework, and client non-conformities.
7. Propose performance improvements in ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven initial experience in management, project management, and quality control.
3. Demonstrated experience in an industrial environment.
4. Knowledge of watch casing is an advantage.

Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent qualification.
