- Lead and unify the production team through talent management, salary reviews, evaluations, development plans, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and organize work by balancing positions and coordinating teams effectively.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and disciplinary guidelines.
- Oversee production cadence, flow, and order delivery in coordination with scheduling and supply (monitoring work orders).
- Manage and regularly track performance indicators such as load-capacity alignment, overall equipment effectiveness, yield, efficiency, and absenteeism.
- Collaborate closely with the quality service to manage quality and meet predefined objectives for scrap rates, rework, and client non-conformities.
- Propose performance improvements in ergonomics, flow, methods, tools, and quality, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proven initial experience in management, project management, and quality control.
- Demonstrated experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of watch casing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, persuasive and comfortable in interactions.
- Committed, rigorous, analytical, and resilient under stress.
Proven experience in management, project management, and quality control within an industrial setting.
Degree in Microtechnology Engineering or equivalent qualification.
