1. Provide first-level support for the ERP system and other software applications, managing hotline inquiries via tickets, phone, and desk.
2. Identify root causes of incidents and propose improvements, documenting procedures for proposed solutions.
3. Train and support Key Users in the effective use of information systems.
4. Manage authorizations for various applications and assist in the preparation for ERP changes, including drafting flow diagrams (BPML).

1. Possession of a CFC in IT management or an equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in a similar role.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel and VBA.
3. Comfortable with data modeling and knowledgeable in SQL.
4. Excellent service orientation and interpersonal communication skills.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position is required.
