- Maintain accurate production records, tooling lists, set‑up sheets and program libraries.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and basic mechanical adjustments of machine tools to ensure uptime.
- Train operators on set‑up procedures, safe machine operation and adherence to inspection criteria.
- Vocational diploma (CFC/Brevet) in precision mechanics, mechanical engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerancing.
- Sound knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools and materials used in micro‑mechanics.
- Strong commitment to quality, process discipline and documentation.
- Available to work in Les Breuleux, Switzerland and comply with local employment requirements.
