1. Develop CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications, ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards.
2. Update and enhance existing CNC programs to optimize machining processes.
3. Select optimal machining methods in collaboration with the workshop manager.
4. Document and explain program functionalities for clarity and efficiency.
5. Define and implement production standards, ensuring compliance with established machining processes.
6. Collaborate closely with fellow programmers and the workshop manager to ensure seamless operations.
7. Respond promptly to production needs, making necessary program modifications.
8. Propose and validate improvements with the workshop manager and/or methods manager.
9. Work in tandem with Quality Methods to establish Ellisetting programs.
10. Make program adjustments and perform CNC settings without presets.
11. Adjust parameters based on the first piece to validate the machining process.
12. Ensure formalization of processes and programs.
13. Provide training to production personnel.

1. CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Additional training in CNC programming, such as Alphacam.
3. Proficiency in Pro/Engineer software.
4. Knowledge of ISO and Heidenhain codes.

Experience in CNC programming and machining in a manufacturing environment is required.

CFC in Polymechanics or equivalent qualification.
