Diesel Store Supervisor

1. Assist the management team in achieving store sales targets and maximizing profitability through effective team management and implementation of company programs.
2. Act as a positive role model for store personnel, embodying and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
3. Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities such as visual merchandising and operations as assigned by the Store Manager.
4. Temporarily assume store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, making short-term decisions as needed.
5. Execute omni-channel services and initiatives.

2. Strong understanding of the fashion industry and trends.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably within the fashion industry.
