- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail with demonstrable client development and sales achievements.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across in-person, email and SMS channels.
- Familiarity with CRM processes and initiatives to manage and grow client relationships.
- Proficient computer literacy, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail, customer-centric mindset and professional presentation.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability on the retail floor.
