- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values through knowledge and presentation.
- Cultivate long-term, authentic relationships with clients, fostering loyalty through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Exhibit leadership on the sales floor, optimizing sales opportunities and driving both individual and team sales results.
- Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying informed about new trends and competitors.
- Ensure the shop floor and visual displays meet high luxury standards, adhering to company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Proven track record in delivering sales within a luxury retail environment, including clienteling activities.
- Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- Digital proficiency and openness to innovative working methods.
- Ability to effectively engage with international clients.
- Passion for the Diesel brand, its products, and heritage.
Experience in a luxury retail environment with a focus on clienteling and sales.
