Diesel Client Advisor (Part-Time, 30 hrs)

- Deliver an outstanding in‑store client experience by welcoming, advising and building long‑term relationships through personalised clienteling and CRM initiatives.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling across departments and creative storytelling tailored to client needs.
- Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and shop‑floor standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Handle client complaints and service recovery with empathy, escalating to line management when necessary.
- Actively contribute to loss‑prevention and security measures, including appropriate tagging and vigilance on the sales floor.
- Demonstrate proactive initiative in trend awareness, competitor knowledge and proposal of new commercial or experiential ideas to enhance performance.
- Passion for retail, client service and fashion with a commercial mindset.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Product sensitivity and an understanding of the luxury/premium fashion sector.
- Digital awareness and openness to CRM tools and new ways of working.

Previous retail or sales experience is desirable; experience within structured luxury or fashion retail environments is a strong advantage. Demonstrable track record in client service and achieving sales KPIs is valued.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion is a plus.
