Diesel Client Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional, client-first in-store experience by understanding client desires, needs and expectations and creating personalised engagement through storytelling and consultative selling.
- Drive individual and store sales performance by proactively cross-selling across departments, managing personal sales targets and contributing to team KPIs.
- Manage transactional and administrative duties accurately, including POS payment operations, returns/refunds, remote sales and tax-free processing.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and shop-floor standards in line with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships via CRM initiatives, personalised follow-up and loyalty-building activities.
- Actively contribute to loss-prevention and security measures, including correct tagging and attentive shop-floor presence.
- Escalate and resolve client complaints professionally, collaborating with the line manager when necessary, and propose improvements to the customer journey.
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally within structured fashion or luxury environments.
- Strong client service orientation with proven ability to build authentic, long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in consultative selling and storytelling.
- Commercial mindset with a demonstrable drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Digital awareness and openness to new sales channels and ways of working; willingness to learn CRM processes.
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate considered an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
