Diesel Allocator

- Manage seasonal orders from initial allocation to the end of the merchandise life cycle, including replenishment and inventory consolidation across stores.
- Establish and manage parameters within the automatic replenishment tool.
- Monitor and optimize store performance to reduce stock levels, increase stock rotation, maximize sell-through, and improve rate of sale (ROS).
- Conduct continuous KPI analysis for in-season performance.
- Set markdown price lists and devise promotional activities and sales strategies in collaboration with management.
- Define seasonal exit plans and compile end-of-season returns lists for each store.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Export, Buying, Retail Operations, and Planning departments to optimize and improve processes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion industry within merchandising, planning, or buying.
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering preferred.
- Enthusiasm and passion with the ability to take initiative.
- Problem-solving and team-working mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Precision and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
A minimum of 2 years in the fashion industry, specifically in merchandising, planning, or buying roles.
Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering preferred.
