DFS Team Lead, Beauty

1. Assist the Product Sales Manager in driving sales and increasing team productivity.
2. Enhance the customer experience by coaching on service standards and promoting DFS Circle.
3. Ensure the team has clear goals focused on customer experience and productivity targets.
4. Supervise sales floor and manage team visibility for optimal staffing and coverage.
5. Liaise with Store Managers on staff coverage and scheduling needs.
6. Encourage the team to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
7. Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge among the team.
8. Ensure floor presentation meets brand and DFS requirements.
9. Provide feedback to Store Managers on merchandise strategy and execution.
10. Set and maintain appropriate Presentation Stock levels.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 2-4 years of experience in beauty or luxury retail.
3. Team leadership experience within retail or service industry preferred.

1. Strong interpersonal skills to work well with people at various levels.
2. Ability to coach and mentor a commissioned sales team.
3. Comfortable in high-profile, high-volume locations.
4. Outgoing and assertive personality with leadership qualities.
5. Passion for beauty brands and products.
6. Good communication skills, both spoken and written.

2-4 years of experience in beauty or luxury retail, with team leadership experience preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

The pay range for this position is $25 - $35 per hour, based on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
