Delvaux Store Manager
Delvaux, established in 1829 in Brussels, is recognized as the world's oldest luxury leather goods maison. - Lead and manage the boutique operations to ensure smooth functioning and business development.
- Act as a brand ambassador to engage with domestic and international clients, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and instill a welcoming culture for all clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the maison's vision and product knowledge to provide optimal client advice and disseminate this knowledge to the team.
- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets.
- Analyze sales, CRM, and KPI data, collaborating with office members to strategize and lead by example.
- Create an environment that accelerates team member development and motivation.
- Lead the boutique and team members in achieving their goals.
- Design optimal organizational structures and retain talent while actively engaging in recruitment.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Delvaux's brand image.
- Take initiative in all boutique events and projects, monitoring them in collaboration with team and office members.
- Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders for negotiations and promotional activities.
- Ensure all operations are executed correctly, including cash management, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury retail sales.
- Previous management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Hospitality mindset with perseverance and a proactive approach.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
A minimum of five years in luxury retail sales with proven success, along with management experience.
