1. Develop and expand a network of influential individuals to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on high-profile clients and VIPs.

3. Create and implement a business plan for the store, including marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and build clientele, with a focus on local market development.
4. Participate in setting annual and monthly sales targets, communicate them to the team, and implement actions to ensure achievement.
5. Stay informed about the local market and competitive landscape, including luxury product market trends.
6. Continuously motivate and coach sales associates to meet assigned sales and productivity targets, recognizing top performers.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
8. Ensure staff possess strong product knowledge to enhance cross-selling across categories.
9. Coach, develop, and motivate the team, fostering a team spirit through regular meetings.
10. Set individual goals for team members and assist in their achievement, conducting mid-term and annual evaluations.
11. Develop development plans for sales staff and management.
12. Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports as needed.
13. Manage store profit and loss, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plan, and operating profit.
14. Ensure the highest level of customer service and impeccable sales ceremony daily.
15. Assist sales associates in resolving after-sales service issues (returns, defective merchandise, repairs).
