Delvaux Sales Supervisor

- Lead and motivate the sales team, fostering teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Drive sales and achieve sales goals through strategies, clienteling, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Maximize sales performance and conversion rates, regularly assessing the business for strengths and opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service and continuous client development.
- Support store operations, including visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, such as Concession Shop Stores.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management or supervisory roles in a luxury setting.
- Vast knowledge of leather goods and CRM experience.
- Strong knowledge and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
- Strong sales floor presence and client-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years in management or supervisory roles in a luxury setting.
Expected Salary Range: $28-$31/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
