Delvaux Sales Supervisor

- Lead and motivate the sales team to foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through strategic clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clientele.
- Maximize sales by measuring performance and conversion rates, and make informed recommendations based on business strengths and opportunities.
- Provide exemplary customer service to create a client-centric environment and support continuous client development.
- Assist with store operations, including visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to train, coach, and develop sales associates.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with external partners, including Concession Shop Stores.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a luxury setting.
- Extensive knowledge of leather goods and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
- Exceptional salesfloor presence with a client-focused mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity within the luxury sector.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
