Delvaux Sales Supervisor

- Lead and motivate the sales team to foster an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through strategic clienteling and relationship building.
- Maximize sales performance by assessing business strengths and opportunities regularly.
- Provide exemplary customer service and cultivate a client-centric environment.
- Support store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Assist in daily briefings with communication on sales, client outreach, KPIs, and product performance.
- Lead the selling floor, assisting and coaching the team to enhance retail experience and clienteling.
- Establish strong working relationships with external partners, including Concession Shop Stores.
- 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role within a luxury setting.
- Extensive knowledge of leather goods and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
- Demonstrated salesfloor presence and client-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity, preferably within the luxury sector.
Expected salary range: $36-$40/hr, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
