- Ensure stores adhere to guidelines for product storage and stock quality maintenance.
- Report weekly on the progress and outcomes of quality control and after-sales services.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and reporting to headquarters.
- 3-5 years of experience in after-sales service within a luxury brand, with quality control experience preferred.
- Deep knowledge of leather goods.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and empathy.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, with French as a plus.
3-5 years of experience in after-sales service within a luxury brand, preferably with quality control experience.
