1. Ensure the enhancement of customer satisfaction through quality control and after-sales service.
2. Collaborate closely with headquarters and local repair facilities to deliver optimal after-sales services, including repairs.
3. Develop and implement guidelines and a 'Repair Menu' for use in stores, ensuring their effective application.
4. Manage the supply of spare parts based on demand forecasts.
5. Enhance in-store repair capabilities through targeted instruction and training.
6. Plan, execute, and manage after-sales client services.
7. Coordinate with other departments to support after-sales service events.
8. Oversee hot stamping services and ensure legal compliance regarding counterfeit products.
9. Handle application procedures for internal and external parties as required.
10. Prepare and submit quality control reports on defective products and monthly repair reports to headquarters.
11. Ensure stores adhere to guidelines for product storage and stock quality maintenance.
12. Report weekly on the progress and outcomes of quality control and after-sales services.
13. Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and reporting to headquarters.

1. 3-5 years of experience in after-sales service within a luxury brand, with quality control experience preferred.
2. Deep knowledge of leather goods.

3. Exceptional customer service skills and empathy.
4. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, with French as a plus.

3-5 years of experience in after-sales service within a luxury brand, preferably with quality control experience.
