1. Define and implement the global merchandising strategy, aligning creative and financial product requirements with market needs and trends.
2. Ensure the execution and implementation of the global merchandising strategy across regions, collaborating with regional merchandisers and various departments.
3. Plan cohesive and balanced assortments that reflect creative direction and respond to consumer demands, ensuring optimal ROI.
4. Strategize with local markets to identify needs, analyze performance, and make tactical recommendations for profitability and collection development.
5. Lead the planning of new season and permanent collections, collaborating with product development from design to final product.
6. Review global pricing and regional positioning each season, considering market needs, brand positioning, and competition.
7. Create merchandising overviews and build monthly product launch plans aligned with strategic commercial moments.
8. Collaborate with retail, communication, digital, and VM teams for impactful product launches.
9. Provide merchandising support and deliverables for collection presentations and feedback.
10. Define and manage sell-in budgets and forecasts at global and regional levels.
11. Coordinate with regions for seasonal order creation and ensure database accuracy.
12. Collaborate with supply chain to secure timely delivery of collections and optimize stock rotation.
13. Analyze sales data and manage product lifecycle in collaboration with product and finance teams.
14. Support quantitative and qualitative analysis for reporting and management reviews.

1. 5-7 years of experience in the fashion industry
2. Fluency in English and French
3. Strong interest in fashion and trends
4. Open-minded, motivated, and proactive
5. Result-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Proficiency in Excel
7. First management experience and international exposure are advantageous
