- Strategize with local markets to identify needs, analyze performance, and make tactical recommendations for profitability and collection development.
- Lead the planning of new season and permanent collections, collaborating with product development from design to final product.
- Review global pricing and regional positioning each season, considering market needs, brand positioning, and competition.
- Create merchandising overviews and build monthly product launch plans aligned with strategic commercial moments.
- Collaborate with retail, communication, digital, and VM teams for impactful product launches.
- Provide merchandising support and deliverables for collection presentations and feedback.
- Define and manage sell-in budgets and forecasts at global and regional levels.
- Coordinate with regions for seasonal order creation and ensure database accuracy.
- Collaborate with supply chain to secure timely delivery of collections and optimize stock rotation.
- Analyze sales data and manage product lifecycle in collaboration with product and finance teams.
- Support quantitative and qualitative analysis for reporting and management reviews.
- 5-7 years of experience in the fashion industry
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
