- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals, target audience, and brand identity.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic content marketing.
- Create high-quality, compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop content supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership.
- Manage the creative development process from concept to final delivery.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company's style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
- Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems, ensuring content is organized and accessible.
- Develop project timelines and manage project budgets.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives continually.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong communication, creative, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and metrics to optimize content performance.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic knowledge of HTML.
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in content and luxury marketing.
- Experience in budget management and team management (external suppliers).
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
- Motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of experience in content management, content strategy, or a similar role within the luxury or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
