1. Establish and maintain the highest standard of boutique environment and customer service.
2. Meet set sales targets by effectively leading and developing a team of sales staff.
3. Understand and assist in daily retail operations.
4. Conduct staff coaching, in-store training, and daily operations to ensure service standards are met at all times.
5. Ensure the store image consistently complies with company guidelines.

1. 5+ years of luxury brand retail experience.
2. Knowledge of leather products and CRM experience preferred.
3. Management role experience and experience in store operations is a must.
4. Responsible for overseeing the work of retail staff in a store environment.
