8. Design optimal organizational structures, retain suitable talent, and take action for talent acquisition.
9. Manage and optimize inventory levels.
10. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Delvaux's brand image.
11. Initiate and monitor all boutique events and projects in collaboration with team and office members.
12. Coordinate with office members and external stakeholders on negotiations and promotional activities.
13. Ensure all operations, including cash handling, order processing, CRM, and customer service, are executed correctly.
14. Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.

1. Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
2. Previous managerial experience.
3. Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results with enjoyment.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
5. Possess a hospitality mindset with persistence and a willingness to face challenges.
6. Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
