Delvaux Boutique Director

- Develop and expand a network of influential individuals to enhance customer loyalty, particularly among high-profile clients and VIPs.
- Promote the brand culture both internally and externally.
- Ensure the store atmosphere aligns with the brand image.
- Create a business plan for the store with marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and expand the customer base, focusing on local market development.
- Participate in setting annual and monthly sales targets, communicate them to the team, and implement actions to achieve them.
- Stay informed about the local market and competitive landscape, including luxury market trends.
- Continuously motivate and coach sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity targets, recognizing top performers.
- Lead by example in sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
- Ensure employees have comprehensive product knowledge to enhance cross-selling across different categories.
- Coach, develop, motivate, and inspire the team by fostering team spirit and conducting regular meetings.
- Set individual goals for team members and assist them in achieving these goals through mid-term and annual evaluations.
- Develop development plans for sales staff and management.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
- Manage store profit and loss, focusing on controllable expenses, sales plan, and operating profit.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and flawless sales ceremonies daily.
- Assist sales staff in resolving after-sales service issues, such as returns, defective merchandise, and repairs.
- Proven successful experience in a leadership role within the luxury sector.
- Strong operational experience with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
