- Act as a brand ambassador to engage with both domestic and international clients, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and instill a culture of warm hospitality for all customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and product knowledge to provide optimal customer advice.
- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office members.
- Monitor, manage, and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain store visual merchandising to Delvaux standards, reflecting the maison's image.
- Support the boutique and team members in achieving their goals.
- Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all events and projects within the boutique, in collaboration with team and office members.
- Assist the Store Manager in accelerating the development and growth of each team member.
- Ensure all operations are correctly executed in collaboration with the Store Manager, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines within the store.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury retail sales.
- Preference for teamwork, with a curious and committed approach to achieving results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust across all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
- Interest and in-depth knowledge of the luxury market.
- Possess a spirit of hospitality and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- Experience in management or as a team leader is advantageous.

Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury retail sales, with management experience preferred.
