1. Enhance customer loyalty by engaging with both domestic and international clientele as a brand ambassador.
2. Continuously improve service quality and instill a culture of warm hospitality for all customers.
3. Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, alongside extensive knowledge of the products, to provide optimal customer advice.
4. Drive sales and achieve set targets.
5. Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office team.
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimization.
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Delvaux's image.
8. Support the boutique and team in achieving their objectives.
9. Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all boutique events and projects in collaboration with team and office members.
10. Assist the Store Manager in accelerating team member development and growth.
11. Ensure all operations are executed correctly in collaboration with the Store Manager, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
12. Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.

1. Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
2. Preference for teamwork, with a curious and committed approach to achieving results.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
4. Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
5. Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
6. Spirit of hospitality and a strong drive for improvement.
7. Experience in management or team leadership is advantageous.
