- Enhance customer loyalty by engaging with both domestic and international clientele as a brand ambassador.
- Continuously improve service quality and instill a culture of warm hospitality for all customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps, alongside extensive knowledge of the products, to provide optimal customer advice.
- Drive sales and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office team.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimization.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Delvaux's image.
- Support the boutique and team in achieving their objectives.
- Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all boutique events and projects in collaboration with team and office members.
- Assist the Store Manager in accelerating team member development and growth.
- Ensure all operations are executed correctly in collaboration with the Store Manager, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Preference for teamwork, with a curious and committed approach to achieving results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
- Spirit of hospitality and a strong drive for improvement.
- Experience in management or team leadership is advantageous.

Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales, with management experience preferred.
