Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth boutique operations and business development.
- Act as a brand ambassador to engage with domestic and international customers, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the maison's vision and service steps to provide optimal customer advice.
- Increase sales and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office members.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain in-store visual merchandising according to Delvaux standards.
- Support the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
- Take initiative in planning and executing all events and projects in the boutique.
- Assist in the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure all operations are correctly executed in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Understand and enforce Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
- Spirit of hospitality and high ambition.
- Experience in management or as a team leader is a plus.
