- Act as a brand ambassador to enhance customer loyalty to Delvaux.
- Ensure continuous improvement in service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the maison's vision and product knowledge to provide optimal customer advice.
- Drive sales growth and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office team.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect Delvaux's image.
- Support boutique and team members in achieving their goals.
- Take initiative in planning and monitoring all boutique events and projects.
- Assist in the development and growth of team members alongside the Store Manager.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure all operations are correctly executed, including cash handling, order processing, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and disseminate Richemont Group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury retail sales.
- Preference for teamwork, with a curious and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust across all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
- Spirit of hospitality and a strong drive for improvement.
- Experience in a managerial role, including team leadership, is advantageous.
