- Act as a brand ambassador to engage with both domestic and international customers, enhancing loyalty to Delvaux.
- Continuously improve service quality and foster a welcoming culture for all customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of the maison's vision, service steps, and product knowledge to provide optimal customer advice.
- Increase sales and achieve set targets.
- Provide feedback on sales, CRM, and KPIs to the Store Manager and office members.
- Check, manage, and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain store VM to Delvaux standards, reflecting the maison's image.
- Support the achievement of boutique and team member goals.
- Take initiative in planning, executing, and monitoring all events and projects in the boutique with team and office members.
- Assist the Store Manager in accelerating the development and growth of team members.
- Ensure all operations are correctly executed in collaboration with the Store Manager, including cash handling, product orders, CRM operations, and customer service.
- Understand and disseminate the policies and guidelines of Richemont Group, the maison, and the boutique.
- Over 5 years of successful experience in luxury goods sales.
- Preference for teamwork, curiosity, and commitment to results with enjoyment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust at all organizational levels.
- Proven skills and track record in delivering superior customer service.
- Interest and deep knowledge of the luxury market.
- Spirit of hospitality and high ambition.
- Experience in management roles, including team leadership, is advantageous.
