Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with relevant social insurance regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in office software and database management.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in German and French is highly desirable.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the social insurance or human resources sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
