Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and process social insurance claims and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant social insurance regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to employee benefits.
- Coordinate with external insurance providers and internal departments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to social insurance.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding social insurance inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within social insurance or HR.
- Familiarity with Swiss social insurance systems and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and database management.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the social insurance or human resources sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
