Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crystallization projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company objectives.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to both.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain product standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the crystallization or chemical manufacturing industry.
