Coach Stockroom Associate

1. Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom to ensure smooth store operations.
2. Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory shipments.
3. Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
4. Ensure accurate labeling and tagging of merchandise.
5. Support sales associates by retrieving items from the stockroom as needed.
6. Adhere to all safety and operational procedures within the stockroom environment.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a retail stockroom or warehouse environment preferred.
3. Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and merchandise.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
3. Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales associates and management.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail stockroom or warehouse setting is preferred.
