1. Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
2. Conduct accurate and efficient transactions at the cash wrap, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
3. Facilitate the flow of products from receipt to point of sale, ensuring compliance with company standards.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
5. Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, adjusting product placement as needed.
6. Analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
7. Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, availability, and pricing.
8. Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
9. Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

4. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $19.50 per hour, compliant with applicable wage laws.
