- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Conduct accurate and efficient transactions at the cash wrap, maintaining organization and cleanliness.
- Facilitate the flow of products from receipt to point of sale, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, notifying management of new arrivals.
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, adjusting product placement as needed.
- Analyze sales floor to assess replenishment needs and execute visual merchandising.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features, availability, and pricing.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong drive for results and ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay range from $15.00 to $19.50 per hour, compliant with applicable wage laws.
