1. Provide exceptional customer service at the cash wrap, ensuring efficient and friendly interactions.
2. Maintain accuracy in operating point-of-sale systems and manage cash wrap organization.
3. Receive and process shipments, ensuring timely and accurate stockroom management.
4. Support sales floor activities, including replenishment and visual merchandising.
5. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory counts.
6. Adhere to company loss prevention standards and maintain housekeeping standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and maneuvering stock.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour. Tapestry complies with all applicable pay laws.
