Coach Sales Support Associate

- Operate the cash wrap with accuracy and hospitality: greet customers, conduct email/name capture where permitted, process transactions on POS and promote add-ons and gift cards.
- Maintain cash wrap organization and comply with cash handling and POS media policies.
- Receive, scan and process incoming shipments and transfers; verify store information and report discrepancies to Store Management.
- Manage stockroom organization and inventory levels; execute cycle counts and participate in scheduled physical inventory.
- Replenish assigned sales-floor zones, respond to sell-through, and execute visual merchandising directives.
- Communicate product information (price points, features, colors, availability) to customers and the sales team; support customer requests and escalate as needed.
- Uphold company loss-prevention procedures and housekeeping standards across sales floor and back-of-house.
- 1–3 years of retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet Coach scheduling expectations.
- Physical ability to perform fast-paced retail duties, including frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling and prolonged standing.

1–3 years of prior retail experience, ideally with hands-on cashier and stockroom responsibilities in a luxury or premium retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
