Coach Sales Support Associate

1. Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions to assess their needs.
2. Conduct email and name capture in compliance with legal requirements.
3. Maintain accuracy in operating the point of sale (POS) system.
4. Ensure cash wrap area is organized and clean.
5. Promote additional products and sell gift cards.
6. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
7. Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
8. Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in inventory counts.
9. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
10. Communicate product information effectively to customers.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $17.25 hourly.
