- Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal assistance.
- Conduct email and name capture where legally permitted.
- Maintain accuracy in operating the POS system and cash wrap organization.
- Suggest add-ons and sell gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Coach standards.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, including offsite locations if applicable.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers and respond to their requests confidently.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and store inventory counts.
- Adhere to Company Loss Prevention standards.
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
$15.00 to $17.75 per hour, compliant with minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
