1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs.
2. Operate the POS system with accuracy and maintain cash wrap organization.
3. Facilitate email and name capture in compliance with legal requirements.
4. Receive and process shipments and transfers according to company standards.
5. Ensure the stockroom is organized and clean, including remote warehouse locations.
6. Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
7. Communicate product information effectively to customers and team members.
8. Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment, with knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
