1. Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their needs.

3. Maintain organization and cleanliness at the cash wrap area.
4. Assist in the receipt and processing of shipments and transfers.
5. Ensure stockroom and sales floor are well-organized and replenished.
6. Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
7. Support visual merchandising efforts and respond to sales floor needs.
8. Communicate product information effectively to customers.
9. Adhere to Coach's scheduling expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
4. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of retail experience, particularly in luxury retail environments, with a focus on cashier and stock roles.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
