- Deliver exceptional, Coach-standard customer service and product advice to clients in-store.
- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Execute daily boutique operations, including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling and visual presentation to brand standards.
- Maintain clear, timely communication and collaboration with colleagues, boutique management and external partners to ensure operational continuity.
- Minimum two years' experience in retail sales or luxury goods sales.
- Post-secondary vocational qualification or higher (professional diploma/associate degree or equivalent).
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism and a proactive sales orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative approach to achieving store objectives.

At least 2 years of direct retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion/accessories.
