Coach Sales Consultant

1. Deliver exemplary, Coach-standard client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalized selling.
2. Achieve and strive to exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
3. Execute daily store operations, including sales transactions, visual presentation, stock replenishment and maintaining the sales floor to brand standards.
4. Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow and exceptional service.
5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across Coach categories and contribute to store initiatives and promotional activities.

1. Vocational diploma, technical qualification or college degree (specialized education preferred).
2. Minimum 2 years' retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, leather goods or premium accessories.
3. Impeccable personal presentation, integrity and a client-first attitude.
4. Proven sales skills with a proactive approach to prospecting, closing and aftercare.
5. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
