Coach Sales Associate

- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service and represent Coach’s selling and service standards at all customer touchpoints.
- Proactively drive sales through clienteling, sourcing new customers, follow-up activity and strategic cross-selling to maximise transaction value.
- Maintain deep product knowledge—features, benefits, pricing and promotional strategy—to advise customers and build credibility as a fashion advisor.
- Execute daily operational tasks including processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, maintaining stockroom organisation and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions at the cash-wrap (purchases, returns, exchanges, found orders) and support Mobile POS workflows when required.
- Support asset protection, POS and retail operational procedures to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative selling environment; welcome feedback, flex selling techniques and contribute to store performance goals.
- Sustain a professional appearance and demeanour consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style and adapt to peak retail periods including nights, weekends and holidays.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail or high-end service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to use cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie talkie.
- Physical ability to perform retail duties at a fast pace, including frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts to 50 lbs.

1–3 years of direct retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand; demonstrated success meeting individual sales metrics and using clienteling techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
