- Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Develop and implement personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.
- Create short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal sales metrics and performance goals.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, demonstrating selling and service expectations.
- Adapt to changes in the local market and support the execution of local sales strategies.
- Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive customer relationships.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies to customers.
- Cross-sell and encourage product add-ons that meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom in accordance with Coach standards.
- Adhere to retail policies and procedures, including POS, operations, and asset protection.
- Support store inventory processes, including shipment processing and inventory replenishment.
- Efficiently process customer transactions and support cash-wrap operations as needed.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to diverse individuals.
- Creativity and ability to generate unique ideas.
- Adaptability to change and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Drive for results and ability to exceed sales goals.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour, with compliance to minimum wage requirements and applicable pay laws.
