Coach Sales Associate

- Deliver Coach’s Service and Selling models to create personalised customer experiences and build lasting client relationships.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets by executing clienteling strategies, sourcing new customers and leveraging upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge—including features, benefits, pricing and current promotions—and communicate value to customers.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions, support cash-wrap, replenish and merchandise stock, and maintain sales floor and stockroom standards.
- Use Coach tools and technology (Mobile POS, iPad, clienteling platforms) to manage customer follow-up and sales activity.
- Represent the brand as a style advisor; maintain professional appearance consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, flexing selling techniques to support overall store results and accepting feedback to improve performance.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures, and assist with shipment processing and inventory tasks.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak holiday trading days.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to bend, kneel and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
