1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience.
2. Develop and execute personal sales strategies in alignment with store objectives.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product knowledge and fashion awareness.
4. Drive sales through effective clienteling and relationship-building with customers.
5. Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
6. Support operational tasks such as processing transactions and replenishing stock.

8. Adapt to changing business needs and provide solutions to enhance store performance.

1. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
3. Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills.
4. Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting and maneuvering stock.

1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range: $15 to $15.50 per hour.
