- Deliver Coach’s Service and Selling Models consistently to create a personalized, high‑touch customer experience and drive sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies; actively build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and store performance metrics through prospecting, follow‑up and effective cross‑selling.
- Provide in‑depth product knowledge, communicate features and benefits, and articulate product value relative to competition.
- Maintain visual merchandising, replenish the sales floor, and support store presentation to Coach standards.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, processing shipments, stockroom organization and cycle counts.
- Promote a collaborative team selling environment, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviors to store priorities and changing business needs.
- Adhere to operational policies including Asset Protection, POS procedures and store safety requirements.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Physical ability to perform retail tasks (standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally).
