1. Uphold Coach's Service and Selling Models to ensure a positive customer experience and drive sales results.
2. Develop and implement personal sales strategies in collaboration with the management team to meet individual and store performance goals.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product knowledge and fashion awareness to build credibility and trust with customers.
4. Engage in clienteling by sourcing new customers and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing ones.
5. Execute daily operational tasks, including maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
6. Support inventory processes by managing stock levels and replenishing the sales floor as needed.
7. Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.

1. 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

4. Proficiency in using cash register systems and basic computer skills.
5. Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and lift up to 50 pounds.
