- Develop and execute personal sales and clienteling strategies in collaboration with the management team.

- Provide in-depth product knowledge and communicate current pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cross-sell and encourage product add-ons to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Support inventory processes by stocking shelves and replenishing the sales floor.
- Foster a team-selling environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Adapt to changing business and store needs, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
