Coach Retail Sales Associate

- Deliver the Coach Service and Selling models to achieve personal and store sales targets; develop short- and long-term personal sales and clienteling strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships through personalized clienteling, follow-up and proactive outreach.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge—features, benefits, styling—and recommend add-ons through effective cross-selling techniques.
- Represent the brand as a style advisor and maintain professional appearance consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchase, return, exchange), receive and process shipments, replenish sales floor and maintain stockroom organization.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, market-ready selling floor at all times.
- Adhere to POS, operations and asset protection procedures and contribute to loss-prevention efforts.
- Collaborate within a team-selling environment, share best practices and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail or premium fashion environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping days.
- Physical ability to perform retail duties: frequent standing, bending, climbing, and to lift/carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

1–3 years of prior sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail environments, with demonstrated clienteling and track record against sales metrics.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
